Look no further than this timeline checklist! We will break down what you should do at each stage leading up to listing your house to make sure your remodel gets completed on time.

There are two versions of this checklist:

6-Month Remodel Timeline Checklist: for projects focused on upgrading materials or updating styles. These projects usually don't involve moving walls, or utilities or making major layout changes.
12-Month Remodel Timeline Checklist: for full custom remodels or projects that involve structural or layout changes, moving utilities, and additions.
